Man Bites Blog, Daly City & Chrome Kids present MAGICAL BASS

Courtesy of Daly City Records, Chrome Kids and Man Bites Blog, DJ 0.000001 (AKA Th' Mole) presents Magical Bass, on Brooklyn Radio, where the hardest-hitting, most futuristic, most bass-blurpingest beats in the universe wrangle with psychedelically tweaked vocals and freaked-out alien synths, all of which is compressed and fast-forwarded into a furious explosion of robo-rap lazer-blap glitch-core heaven! Featuring exclusive remixes and edits by grandblaster DJ 0.000001, and mini-mixes by special guests, Magical Bass is not just a radio show, but an original 45-minute long musical composition, scientifically designed to make you smarter, healthier and happier, and guaranteed to make even your mother move!

Always one to go the extra mile, DJ 0.000001 has set up a SoundCloud page (soundcloud.com/magicalbass) where listeners can download high quality MP3's of each episode (minus the voiceovers) as well as many of the individual tracks featured in each show!

Episode 1 is a special one-time-only hour-long episode chock-full of exclusives, featuring Das Racist, Mochipet, EPROM, The Flying Skulls, Spankrock, Ddamage, ill.gates, and many more. You can stream or download right now, along with a number of other cool shows, at BrooklynRadio.net, or if you prefer, you can access and subscribe to the show via RSS (podcast) or iTunes. No One Will Play With Me ▀▀ Mixtape

Download Link

No One Will Play With Me is the latest in a continuing series of mixtapes for Man Bites Blog exploring the synergy between various incarnations of modern music. The result is an experimental soundclash that melts synth heavy hiphop with bone-crushing metal, fuses dubstep with disco, and meshes the mainstream with the avant-garde. Listen as vintage electronic pioneers share the bill with tomorrows beat alchemists. Mischievously they screw and chop Lady Gaga, pitch-shift Ludacris, and reloop Chris DeBurgh to fashion a gothic disco soundtrack. And still no one will play with me.

The Enigma of Conrad Murray ▀▀ Mixtape

Download link

The Enigma of Conrad Murray is a kaleidoscopic collage of dark liquid disco, chopped-and-screwed, and psychedelia featuring Coil, Ludacris, and Cabaret Voltaire. This exclusive mixtape continues Nicolai's series of audio collages for Man Bites Blog. Distorted rhythms, bit-crushed beats, and droned-out samples combine to make this the most intriguing piece in the series so far.

Man Bites Blog Podcast Ep: 13

Download MBBP EP:13

The 13th episode sees the usual array of the unusual. Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake mainlined via that fifties jukebox sound, Amy Winehouse gets a Moody Boyz molestation, and The Prodigy's Voodoo People gets a jazzfunk makeover. Electronics, Shoegaze, vintage outsider folk all make it onto the playlist. This episode is dirtier than the Cameron, Clegg, and Brown, 3 politicians 1 cup video. It's voodoo-hoodoo and that's what you don't say to people!
