Mid to late 50's would be my guess. It's by The Cougars, and is called rather sweetly, Saturday Night At The Duckpond.
Heard the track in a doc about the late Malcolm McClarren. Apparently Malcolm McClarren used to have a jukebox in the Teddy Boy shop he owned before he started Punk with Vivienne Westwood. The sex pistols used to play this track on it.
